Concept of natural justice

Notice : to show cause Hearing : before an adverse action. These are the contents of maxim. A person must be given an oppourtonily of showing cause against the proposed action . Notice must be properly served . Sufficient time must be given. Notice must be adequate .

Serving of notice

 Clear and unambiguous. Modes of serving notice. a- By hand b- By registered post c- By affixing it on the outer door of the residence The person must be given on oppourtunity of being hear. The judge has knowledge the legal education. It is the right of the other parties . it is the natural justice . The judge has right to give oppertunity to other parties. It is the compulsory to education in Pakistan.

 Evidence produced by individual must be received. b- Material must be disclosed to the party . c- Opportunity to cross examine must be given . d- No evidence should be recorded at the book of the party. Termination without service is unlawful. Service of summons to parties is based on the maxim audi altrem partem.
